one to answer. Each clients requirements are different,
so it will be difficult to state a price. |
| Once a site is completed there are no
maintenance costs associated with the site. There are
however, web hosting expenses. Web hosting expenses give
you an internet presence 24/7. It also allows you to accept
e-mails from prospects and clients. We can offer web hosting
to you, we can also offer monthly checks on your site
for you. |
| Web hosting is your presence on the Internet.
It is where your unique domain name is located and where
you store your web files, allowing access to your site
24/7. |
| Files can be transferred to your web
site by our staff or by yourself, using an FTP (File Transfer
Protocol) client. |
| There is no charge if you require minor
adjustments or can self-edit your web site. In the event
you want our support staff to make the changes for you
there are costs associated. Our support staff will be
glad to assist you with any changes. They can be reached
by fax and by email. |
We do not, at present, take credit
cards. Our payment process is through a third party,
such as PayPal, NoChex or via Direct Bank Transfer.
Payment is in pound sterling and we might ask for a
deposit before we start your website.

All text and graphics provided for your
web site should be submitted to us in electronic format.
It is preferable that this information be sent to us via
electronic mail to us, however, information can be put
on a PC diskette (in zip/rar format) or CD and mailed
to us.
All text should be submitted in word processing format,
preferably Microsoft Word, however, other word processing
or text formats will work fine. If you do not have the
information in electronic format, we will type the information
for you - which is included in our price.
All graphics should be submitted in recognized PC format
(GIF, JPG, BMP, TIF, etc.). If you do not have them in
this format, we will gladly scan them in for you and made
web ready. |

The best way for search engines to recognise your site,
is to obtain reliant quality links on other web sites. |
| Depending on our work load nd requirements,
basic sites can take as little as 7 to 10 working days
to complete - on the other hand, advanced sites can take
2 to 6 weeks. |
